The Cedars, located in Kingsholm near the centre of Gloucester, is seeking bank support workers to join their team.
The Cedars provides residential support for up to nine males and females with a learning disability.
Key Responsibilities
As a bank support worker, you will be part of a dedicated and compassionate team working together to ensure the smooth running of the service and support the wellbeing of residents. Your role involves maintaining a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone, which includes assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, and ensuring spaces are well looked after.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Resilience is key in this role as no two days are the same. You should have natural empathy to support others through both highs and lows.
