Assistant Manager, Enterprise Platform Transformation

AIA Digital+ is seeking a results-driven, tech-savvy Assistant Manager to lead end-to-end business analysis for insurance technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine deep domain knowledge in insurance operations, hands-on experience with payment systems, and a practical understanding of AI/ML applications to drive intelligent, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis for insurance technology initiatives, focusing on core insurance workflows and payment systems integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, gather user requirements, and document detailed business cases, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Drive the integration and implementation of AI/ML solutions in insurance operations.
• Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics to support data-driven decision-making and continuous process optimization.
• Support UAT, system testing, go-live coordination, and post-launch evaluation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst, with 3+ years in the insurance industry.
• Proven experience in payment systems and AI/ML projects.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, data flows, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and documentation standards.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
