Accounting Enablement Manager

CoreWeave is seeking an Accounting Enablement Manager to own the day-to-day administration, support, and optimization of ERP-related master data objects. The successful candidate will contribute to automation initiatives, system enhancements, and cross-functional projects that improve business processes and bring efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and publish data governance policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines for master data domains.
• Maintain the business glossary and data dictionary for key finance master data objects.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline master data requests, approvals, and maintenance of workflows.
• Monitor compliance with governance policies and escalate issues as needed.
• Perform data profiling, quality assessment, and KPI reporting on governance metrics, and support root cause analysis.
• Facilitate governance council or data stewardship councils with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 3–5+ years of data analysis experience, with hands-on experience in master data management, data governance, or data analysis within a Finance organization at a publicly listed company.
• Experience developing and enforcing data standards, policies, and procedures across cross-functional teams in a SOX-compliant environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, and a builder mindset with a focus on delivering scalable and reliable solutions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment with agility in the face of ambiguity.

The base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $153,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program.
