Description
The EA SPORTS UFC franchise offers an electrifying spectacle and entertainment of MMA for over 20 million players globally. As a Development Manager, you will report to a Development Director and ensure game feature delivery is on time and within budget. Your responsibilities include managing a development team, providing project management support, tracking dependencies, identifying risks, and facilitating prioritization decisions.
You will work collaboratively with other project managers to resolve cross-team issues and improve project management processes. You will also establish processes to ensure all workflows are clearly defined, documented, and communicated to team members.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of project management or project lead experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and experience working in a software development environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail are also required.
