As a Customer Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge of M&S Food products
- Confidently recommending and selling our newest food products to customers
- Utilising our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Working across various areas of the store, adapting to changing demands
- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment
Work Pattern:
- Friday 22:00-05:00
- Saturday 22:00-05:00
Additional Information:
- The + £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is only added on any hours worked between 22:00-06:00
- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
- This job role involves working through the night, and this means we can’t consider applications from anyone under the age of 18
