Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Stretford Simply Food, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer. You'll work in a high-pressure environment, delivering five-star service at pace, and embracing the transformation we're driving.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing remarkable service to customers
- Confidently recommending and selling our newest food products
- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment as a team player
- Adapting to changing demands of the retail environment
Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
Your schedule will be:
- Sunday 12:00 -17:15
- Monday 12:00 -17:15
- Thursday 12:00 -17:15
- Saturday 12:00 -17:15
