Group Financial Planning Analyst

The Financial Planning Analyst will report to the FP&A Manager and support the team on financial planning and budgeting activities, reviewing financial data and month-end close activities.

The FP&A has two main focuses:

• Closing the month in Oracle ERP tool, part of Actual process.
• Data accuracy in Oracle ERP tool for Forecast, Plan, Macro-plan, Strat-plan submission.

The main mission is to:

• Administrate the Group's financial applications, performing tests and corrections, running specific procedures, and inputting data into reporting systems.
• Manage assigned processes for monthly closing and forecast activities.
• Review accounting records for correct accounts and allocations.
• Work closely with IT to solve data inconsistencies and tool errors.
• Develop evolution plans for Group's instruments and Oracle ERP Tool.
• Review data inputs with Division managers.
• Interact with stakeholders to provide guidance on Oracle ERP functionality.
• Optimize reports for data analysis.
• Review and update internal documentation and procedures.

The professional value you bring:

• Significant knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cost control or similar fields.
• Knowledge of data reconciliation in different systems and databases.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel.
• Essbase Oracle, SmartView, HFM, ERP systems knowledge.
• Advanced written and spoken English skills.
• Experience in video games production or Software/IT industry with R&D is considered a plus.
• Experience in ERP systems deployment is considered a plus.
