Description
This role supports the management of the participating business, including discretionary benefits recommendations, asset share reporting, and regulatory disclosures.
Responsibilities:
- Review and recommend discretionary benefits, including dividends, bonuses, and non-guaranteed rates
- Support regular production processes, including asset share reporting and regulatory disclosures
- Maintain and develop actuarial models
Preferred skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in AXIS, Prophet ALS, or other actuarial software
- Experience in HK-specific Par management
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
Qualifications:
- University graduate in Actuarial Science or a related discipline
- Good progression in actuarial examinations
- At least 2 years of full-time experience in the life insurance industry
