Mission Analyst

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.

We are looking for a Mission Analyst to serve as Anduril's tactical-level interface with the military operators and planners who will employ our autonomous maritime systems.

Responsibilities

• Support development of mission plans for exercises, demonstrations, operational test and evaluation, and operational employment
• Provide tactical advice to customer planners on system capabilities, limitations, and employment options
• Develop and maintain tactical procedures, checklists, planning aids, and quick-reference materials
• Contribute to the development and refinement of Concepts of Employment (CONEMP) and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs)
• Support the training organisation in the delivery of operator training, including preparation of training materials and subject matter support during course delivery
• Provide operational mentoring and tactical coaching to operators during exercises and employment activities
• Plan and execute Anduril's operational contribution to exercises and demonstrations
• Capture user feedback on system performance, usability, and employment concepts and translate it into actionable input for engineering and product teams
• Identify gaps in procedures, training, or system capability from the operator's perspective and advocate for the user within Anduril
• Ensure operating procedures and training content reflect current employment concepts and real-world operational patterns
• Build and maintain trusted peer-level relationships with customer operators and planners through persistent presence and demonstrated competence
• Support post-exercise debriefs and lessons learned capture, feeding outcomes back into CONEMP, TTPs, and training content
• Contribute operational input to program reporting and customer performance reviews
