Description
CORSAIR is seeking a highly motivated Reverse Logistics Analyst to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and analyzing warranty replacements and spare parts demand globally. They will also assist with fulfilling replenishment orders for refurbished products at each regional location, working collaboratively with planning, procurement, logistics, finance, and contract third parties to meet established goals and communicate ongoing progress to management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Optimizing regional hub inventory levels by leveraging system-based reservations to align stock with projected demand and maintain safety stock levels.
- Analyzing global product lines through analysis of historical demand patterns and New Product Introduction (NPI) roadmaps.
- Prioritizing the use of refurbished inventory across regional hubs to maximize the lifecycle utility of recovered assets.
- Partnering with Planning, Procurement, Finance, and 3PL partners to synchronize stock movements, financial reconciliations, and complex reservation workflows.
- Executing strategies to mitigate cross-regional shipping and customer back-orders, significantly reducing reliance on premium or expedited freight methods.
- Developing advanced data models and simulations to drive strategic decision-making for cross-functional stakeholders, optimizing project outcomes across diverse scenarios.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven ability to partner with global teams to execute reverse logistics strategies and meet organizational objectives.
- Experience in regional inventory planning, safety stock optimization, and system-based reservation workflows.
- Highly detail-oriented with a track record of managing time-sensitive responsibilities and meeting strict project deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to enhance the customer experience through responsive communication and streamlined RMA/logistics operations.
- Advanced data modeling skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP), pivot tables, and automated macro workflows.
- Data visualization skills, able to transform raw data into actionable insights using Power BI and Excel-based visual dashboards.
- ERP proficiency, preferably experienced in leveraging Oracle for inventory reservations, stock movements, and lifecycle management.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); TOEIC 700+.
- Skilled in drafting clear professional documentation and delivering persuasive verbal presentations to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to use approved generative AI tools to accelerate drafting, summarization, and analysis.
