Technology & Innovation Engineer

We are seeking an engineer to join our Technology & Innovation team at Williams F1 Team, based in Grove, Wantage.

As part of this role, you will work closely with the team to design, develop and implement innovative solutions to improve the performance of our Formula One cars.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop software solutions to support the team's engineering activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Analyze data to inform engineering decisions and optimize system performance
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and reuse

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of software development principles and practices
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++ or Java
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
