Workday Integration Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a Workday Integration Specialist to join our People & Payroll Systems team at Cloudflare. As a technical point of contact for assigned projects, you will be involved in solution design, technical documentation, implementation, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and support internal and external Workday integrations
• Integrate Workday HCM with third-party global payroll and benefit providers
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields using Workday
• Configure business processes and security settings
• Monitor and maintain interfaces between Workday and internal/external vendor systems
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience
• 4+ years of experience developing Workday inbound and outbound integrations
• 4+ years of experience developing Workday custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
• 4+ years of experience working with Workday Studio
• Experience with XML, XSLT, and XSD transformations
• Familiarity with Workday HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management modules
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with business teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with Dell Boomi, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Unix/Linux tools
• Knowledge of Java, MVEL, NodeJS, Python, Linux, and AWS
• Workday Integration Certifications
• Experience with Prism or Adaptive Insights
