Senior Manager, Engineering

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the team building code-native Webflow. This is a player-coach role where you will grow an exceptional team while staying close to the technical work.

Responsibilities:

• Set the technical and product direction for making Webflow code-native
• Lead the integration of coding agents into the Webflow building experience
• Own the developer experience of working with Webflow in code
• Turn an emerging problem space into a coherent roadmap
• Partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams across Webflow
• Stay technically engaged through architecture, design reviews, prototyping, and hands-on contribution
• Hire, coach, and develop engineers while building a high-performing technical culture

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years experience leading engineering teams building developer products or platforms
• Strong technical depth in areas like compilers, code generation, or developer infrastructure
• Experience building with AI or agentic systems
• Track record of turning ambiguous technical problems into usable systems
• Comfortable balancing long-term architecture with shipping and learning
• Leadership style combining high technical standards with coaching and team development
