Team Member Level 1

Ford Motor Credit Company, a leading provider of automotive financing, is seeking a Team Member Level 1 to join their team in Chennai, India.

The successful candidate will handle accounts servicing and vehicle liquidation activities for Ford Motor Credit retail loan/lease customers in North America, perform critical activities such as extending contract terms, changing due dates, processing payments, and terminating lease contracts.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing accounts servicing and vehicle liquidation activities within stipulated timelines
• Performing critical activities such as contract extensions, due date changes, payment processing, and lease contract terminations
• Identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience
• Consistently contributing to productivity targets while maintaining 100% quality

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field with a minimum of 60% marks and no active backlogs
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, with expertise in MS Excel/Spreadsheets being an added advantage
• Flexibility to work in night shifts and weekend support if required, with Comp-Off for weekend work
• Indian citizenship and relevant documentation
