Job Summary
As Security Compliance Lead, you'll be responsible for leading Plaid's core security compliance program, including SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 27701.
About the Team
Plaid's Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team manages information security risk and maintains effective controls to keep Plaid's platform secure and aligned with industry and regulatory expectations.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the compliance program and governance calendar, including SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 27701
- Build and maintain a control catalog mapped across multiple frameworks
- Run internal audits and policy assurance
- Set direction and measure program maturity
- Embed GRC by design into product development
- Scale compliance through AI and automation
Qualifications
- Compliance program ownership experience
- FedRAMP experience
- Internal audit and policy assurance experience
- Governance obligations and product-aware compliance experience
- AI fluency and tooling experience
