Host Success Agent

Neighbor is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Host Success Agent to help commercial and residential property owners grow their earnings on the platform.

The role involves:

• Scheduling and executing phone calls with property owners to create Google Maps pins for their Neighbor listings (50-75% of time)
• Improving Google Maps pin quality and performance through ongoing optimizations
• Distributing signs to property owners to scale Neighbor's signage program
• Acting as the front line of communication with property owners to improve their listings
• Proposing solutions to make Host Success initiatives more efficient and effective

Requirements:

• At least one year of work experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers professionally
• Ability to follow a process while spotting ways to improve it
• Strong organizational skills

Nice to haves:

• Interest in local SEO, marketplaces, or marketing
