Senior Manager, Group Capital Solutions

The Senior Manager, Group Capital Solutions ("GCS"), will help originate, structure, negotiate and execute integrated capital solutions across the Group's business units, with an emphasis on capital-motivated reinsurance, asset intensive reinsurance, funding and ALM-linked solutions.

Key Accountabilities:

• Translate business units' needs into solution hypotheses with clear articulation of objectives and strategic rationale
• Originate and develop a pipeline of integrated capital solutions across business units
• Lead or coordinate structuring workstreams and ensure each proposal includes robust qualitative and quantitative assessment
• Drive end-to-end execution readiness and coordinate internal stakeholders
• Contribute to the build-out of a repeatable delivery system for capital solutions

Performance measures:

• Demonstrates clear line-of-sight from each proposed solution to financial and business outcomes
• Builds and maintains a robust pipeline of high-quality opportunities across the Group's business units
• Consistent use of the Group's pricing and evaluation framework to ensure decisions are comparable and supported by a robust audit trail
• Improved cycle time from origination to close for priority deals while maintaining control discipline
• Increase in the number of solutions executed that are replicable/re-used

Candidate Specifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in one or more of: structured reinsurance, asset-intensive reinsurance, ALM or hedging solutions, or asset management solutions for insurers
• Strong knowledge of insurance and reinsurance techniques, solvency requirements and international frameworks
• Track record in structuring and executing complex transactions that require cross-functional coordination
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, FSA, or equivalent; Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Actuarial, Business Administration, or related field
