We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to contribute to a cross-functional team building transformative AI agents for HR & Finance.
About the Role This role is crucial in implementing tooling strategies, staying informed about industry trends, and ensuring our AI-driven solutions integrate effectively within the Workday stack. Your technical contributions and team-first attitude will play a key role in delivering high-impact products that scale our AI capabilities and help global organizations simplify complex business processes.

- Collaborate with a team of engineers to deliver AI-powered agents that integrate deeply into HR and Financial workflows, accelerating intelligent decision making.

- Contribute to the growth and success of your teammates through knowledge sharing and mentorship.
- Take ownership of multiple functional areas in our platform , from development to production (“you build it, you run it”).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 3+ years experience with a web development framework (Python preferred: Flask, Django, or FastAPI).
- 1+ years with a Relational DB (PostgreSQL preferred).
Nice to Have
- Experience building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
- Familiarity with the tradeoffs and architecture of modern distributed systems.
- Knowledge of software development best practices (DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, observability).
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch.
- Experience working within fast-paced, agile environments and multi-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical partners.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and translating complex problems into clear, thoughtful solutions.

Pay Information Primary Location Base Pay Range: $112,000 CAD - $168,000 CAD
