Key Details:
- Practice 50/50 at Fairborn clinic in West Valley and IMED clinic in Murray, UT
- 5-day workweek at 1.0 FTE (flexible), with options for additional days and pay
- No call or weekend shifts
- No participation in unassigned reading panels
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary: $549,000 for 229 annual shifts
- Additional shift pay: $2,396 per 8-hour shift
- Continuous improvement bonus: up to $100,000 starting in year two
- Starting bonus: $30,000
- Relocation bonus: up to $20,000
- Generous benefits package, including paid time off, license reimbursement, malpractice insurance, and $4,500 CME allowance
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
- Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or ability to obtain one
- U.S. ACGME Residency
- Ability to complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
