Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate capital draw payments for JV arrangements from request through approval and funding.
• Prepare and assemble draw packages, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and consistent with JV operating agreements.
• Track each draw against its funding schedule and follow open items through to resolution.
• Manage the capital draw calendar, handling submission, approval, and funding deadlines across multiple JV arrangements.
• Keep internal reviewers and approvers on schedule with timely reminders and clear asks.
• Build strong working relationships with JV partners and senior internal stakeholders.
• Communicate draw status, timing, and outstanding requirements clearly and professionally.
• Maintain organized records of draw requests, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Support the accounting team with month-end close and reporting as needed.
• Identify improvements to the draw process, trackers, and templates as volume grows.

Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, treasury, or business or project coordination.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with proven ability to manage schedules and deadlines.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with trackers, calendars, and status reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment in high-growth environments.
• Applicants must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience coordinating payments, funding processes, or capital calls.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience working with AI tools.
