Description
As a Business Insights Analyst at TaskUs, you will leverage data to create solutions that drive business growth. Your primary goal will be to support stakeholders with key insights to make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate data into human insights and stories that drive change in strategy and tactics.
- Analyze complex data sets to develop actionable insights that drive impactful business decisions.
- Leverage storytelling skills to deliver clear, concise, and actionable insights.
- Work with business partners to interpret analysis results with a focus on actionable next steps.
- Develop ad hoc reports that lead to insights and analysis needed for the business.
- Collaborate with the data visualization team to develop informative, repeatable reporting, data monitoring, hygiene, and other strategies.
- Translate requirements into technical specifications for data and reporting teams.
- Summarize data from multiple sources, developing assumptions where needed, to communicate insights and opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of demonstrated ability with data analysis and preparation, including use of statistical methods and experience with large data sets using SQL.
- Experience with Python and R is a plus.
- 1-2+ years of hands-on experience building reports using Power BI.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems.
- Bachelor's degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Work Arrangement:
- 100% onsite in Imus, Cavite.
- Mid-night shift.
- Amenable to start ASAP.
