Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer.
We're seeking passionate individuals who not only take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products but are also ready to roll their sleeves up and go again, day in and day out, meeting strong customer demand head-on.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Provide five-star service at pace to our customers
- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products
- Utilise our digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment
- Adapt to the changing demands of the retail environment
Work Pattern: Thursday: 04:00 - 08:00 Friday: 04:00 - 08:00 Saturday: 04:00 - 08:00
Additional Information:
- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
- A + £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is added on any hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
- This role is not suitable for applicants under the age of 18 due to health and safety legislation.
