Red Bull Student Marketeer - Duisburg

We are looking for a Red Bull Student Marketeer to join our dynamic team in Duisburg.

As a Student Marketeer, you will be part of the world's most independent and self-sufficient team of brand and product ambassadors. Your task will be to advance the Red Bull brand image and product understanding on your campus and in your region.

Your Role as Brand Ambassador

• You will embody the Red Bull brand personality and values, representing the brand through daily interaction with consumers and customers.
• You will expand our customer base by offering our products and promoting Red Bull through sampling at the right time and place.
• You will design and implement a tailored and innovative campus plan to engage students and make the Red Bull brand experiential on campus.
• You will build a strong network, establish and maintain relationships with key personalities in the region.
• You will foster brand loyalty by creating authentic content on your social media channels.
• You will participate in Red Bull events and sponsored activities to provide consumers with an unforgettable brand experience.

Your Role as Sales Expert

• You will build relationships with regional sales employees and ensure the availability and visibility of Red Bull products in the market.
• You will work with the sales team to create new distribution points for Red Bull on your university campus and beyond.
• You will utilise relevant World of Red Bull tools to ensure Red Bull remains present to customers.
• You will guarantee the perfect implementation of defined in-store standards.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student at a university or college
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication skills
• Charismatic, dynamic, positive, and open personality
• Enjoy meeting new people and building relationships
• Active participation in student life and in-depth knowledge of the university, city, and region
• Creativity and entrepreneurial spirit combined with a high sense of responsibility and initiative
• Ability to balance part-time employment and studies, with occasional availability in the evenings and weekends
• High interest in acquiring and applying new knowledge, particularly in marketing, negotiation, and sales
• Well-connected with influential groups and individuals on campus
• Enthusiasm for the Red Bull brand and product
• Valid driver's license
