Sr. Experience Designer

Electronic Arts is seeking a talented Senior Experience Designer to join the EA SPORTS UFC team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Senior Experience Designer, you will help define the next generation of the franchise and play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for millions of players.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of intuitive, responsive, and engaging user flows, wireframes, and prototypes across different platforms.
• Collaborate closely with creative, technical, and product partners to shape outstanding, player-centric experiences from concept through final delivery.
• Develop and maintain clear design documentation, including user flow diagrams, wireframes, and design specifications.
• Leverage AI tools and workflows to enhance design velocity, craft, and execution while maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements:

• 5-8+ years of experience in game development, experience design, or a related product design field.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and showcasing your expertise in creating user-centered design solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate player-centric decisions and the 'why' behind them to cross-functional partners and leadership.
