Description
We are seeking an Associate, Financial Analyst to join our team at Capital One Canada. As a Financial Analyst, you will work with business teams to analyze financial metrics and performance, prepare financial forecasts, and develop reporting and analysis to provide insight into business trends.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial metrics and performance with business teams
- Prepare financial forecasts to support product and strategy decisions
- Develop reporting and analysis to provide insight into business trends
- Participate in external financial reporting, including audits and OSFI reporting
- Prepare accurate and timely reports, schedules, and documentation
- Perform financial and operational audits and test controls
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
- Previous summer internship/co-op experience
- Working towards CPA designation

The expected annual salary range for this position is $76,500 - $87,400, with eligibility for performance-based incentive compensation.
