Recruiter - APJ

The Tanium Talent Acquisition Team is hiring a Recruiter to manage hiring activity within Go-To-Market (Sales) recruiting and other functions within APJ.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and facilitate the entire recruiting process
• Develop and execute a sourcing strategy
• Collaborate with managers and the Talent Acquisition team to develop recruiting strategies
• Use data to set goals, validate activities, and measure success
• Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems
• Provide timely follow-up correspondence with candidates
• Advocate for candidates and deliver a world-class candidate experience
• Track recruiting activities and provide weekly candidate status reports
• Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials
• Build strong relationships with candidates, the Talent Acquisition team, and business partners
• Evaluate candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques

Requirements:

• Bilingual and fluent in Japanese
• Agency and in-house experience a plus
• Experience executing a full-cycle recruiting process
• Go-To-Market (Sales) Recruiting experience within the technology industry
• Sourcing experience and strong boolean searching skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
