Description
Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations at our Gateway M40 Banbury store. You'll be the backstage powerhouse of our store, working behind the scenes to keep our shop floor full, clean, and ready for customers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing stock and deliveries
- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently
- Working flexibly across the store as needed
- Being a team player and supporting colleagues
Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
We're looking for people who are flexible, digitally confident, and able to work well under pressure.
