Responsibilities:
- Be the contact person for all parts service customers (in-house workshop, NORA customers, counter customers)
- Organise the timely provision of vehicle and accessory parts
- Provide customer advice on accessories, wheels, tyres, original parts, and software products for retrofitting
- Ensure the logistical value chain
- Develop customer relationships with the goal of high customer satisfaction
- Maintain and design the shop
Requirements:
- You have completed training as a logistics specialist and are already successfully working in this field
- Experience and knowledge in parts and accessories sales are desirable
- You have pronounced commercial understanding and organisational skills
- Enthusiasm for modern information and media technology, particularly systems of the parts service
- Communication skills and customer orientation
- Enthusiasm for teamwork
- Positive and open attitude
- Initiative and independence
- Willingness to work shifts within our opening hours
