As a Beauty Advisor for Charlotte Tilbury at Holt Renfrew Yorkdale, you will be an ambassador for the brand, reflecting its values and serving its customer base. Your goal will be to achieve optimal financial results by maximizing sales potential and providing superior customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving financial results in-store to meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on Key Performance Indicators such as Average Unit Sales and Items Per Transaction
• Communicating and managing agreed-upon goals
• Demonstrating expertise among retail artistry brands with an entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines
• Managing customer queries using sound judgment to achieve positive outcomes
• Building partnerships with the Account Executive and Area Trainer for continuous team training and development
• Providing exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience
• Analyzing business performance and planning strategies for day-to-day operations and events
• Promoting the Tilbury Touch to the team and customers
• Leading by example to foster a culture of exceptional customer service and open communication
• Ensuring the counter is 'customer ready' at all times
• Maintaining required inventory levels and accurate stock files
