Mechanical Service Engineer

We're seeking a Mechanical Service Engineer to join our team as the face of Phillips, operating from your residence and servicing the territory Monday through Friday in a company-supplied van.

Your daily responsibilities will involve:

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex CNC machines and systems
• Bringing new, state-of-the-art machinery online through precision installations
• Providing world-class customer service, building genuine relationships, and creating legendary value
• Proactively eliminating roadblocks to ensure customer productivity and secure future work for Phillips

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Possess deep experience with CNC machinery or a strong mechanical and electrical background
• Have a proven track record in a service or maintenance environment
• Demonstrate a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Be willing to travel up to 80% of the month within your assigned region
• Embody the Phillips spirit, striving to be the absolute best in your craft

The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $55,000.00 and $75,000.00 annually.
