Service Advisor

This is a chance to work with Porsche, one of the world's most successful sports car brands, at the Porsche Centre Augsburg. The centre aims to continue its success and provide optimal customer service.

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

• Providing customer care and consultation in the service department
• Conducting vehicle inspections, explaining required repairs, and ensuring customers understand the work to be done
• Actively selling service packages, parts, and accessories
• Implementing premium processes according to Porsche service standards
• Ensuring seamless and professional service experiences for customers
• Handing over repaired vehicles, explaining the work done, and providing invoices
• Carrying out measures for customer retention and acquisition
• Coordinating service operations

Requirements include:

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training
• Experience as a service advisor
• Ideally, certification as a service advisor
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repair work
• Proficiency in using service-specific tools like workshop management systems
• Familiarity with MS Office and preferably with the DMS system Cross
• Strong customer orientation, teamwork, and flexibility
• A sense of responsibility, assertiveness, reliability, and initiative
