Description
Join Argon ST, a part of Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS), as a Product Acceptance Specialist in Smithfield, PA. You will verify product conformance to design requirements, perform auditing and surveillance, and identify and document discrepancies.
Responsibilities:
- Verify routine product conformance to design requirements
- Provide objective evidence of results
- Perform auditing, surveillance, and monitoring
- Identify and document discrepancies
- Segregate and control non-conforming items
- Perform preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance
- Conduct product review with customers during product or process verification
- Identify repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiate requests for corrective action
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or a regulated industry
- 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Office products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (for Level C)
- 1+ year of experience working in a cross-functional work environment
- Willingness to work any shift based on business needs

Pay Range:
- Associate Level B: $49,300 - $66,700
- Experienced Level C: $58,650 - $79,350
