We are currently seeking motivated colleagues to contribute to meaningful work in our local manufacturing plants. As a Manufacturing Associate I, you will perform meaningful work, have exposure to advancing technologies, and receive training for career advancement.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Assemble radiology medical products used to diagnose healthcare challenges
- Package products to ensure high-quality standards are maintained
- Inspect and validate excellent manufacturing
- Cross-train to enhance your skillset and support the shift team
- Collaborate with others to enhance capabilities, problem-solve challenges, and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Capture data regarding product quality and traceability
- Lead with safety, quality, and delivering for customers as guiding principles
Who You Are:
- Active interest in operating in a team environment, learning daily, and partnering with others
- Comfortable with entry-level math skills, reading, and processing information
- Interested in working in a lively environment with good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Proven sound judgment, continuous improvement, and customer focus
- Appetite for personal growth
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience a plus
- Computer savvy
