Manufacturing Associate I - Indianola- 2nd Shift - 2pm - 10:20pm

We are currently seeking motivated colleagues to contribute to meaningful work in our local manufacturing plants. As a Manufacturing Associate I, you will perform meaningful work, have exposure to advancing technologies, and receive training for career advancement.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assemble radiology medical products used to diagnose healthcare challenges
• Package products to ensure high-quality standards are maintained
• Inspect and validate excellent manufacturing
• Cross-train to enhance your skillset and support the shift team
• Collaborate with others to enhance capabilities, problem-solve challenges, and maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Capture data regarding product quality and traceability
• Lead with safety, quality, and delivering for customers as guiding principles

Who You Are:

• Active interest in operating in a team environment, learning daily, and partnering with others
• Comfortable with entry-level math skills, reading, and processing information
• Interested in working in a lively environment with good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Proven sound judgment, continuous improvement, and customer focus

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience a plus
• Computer savvy
