Senior Consultant Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end solution design across all changes
• Deliver solutions in line with global patterns and strategies
• Align business requirements to technology solutions, architecture direction, and roadmap
• Provide consistent end-to-end solution designs that deliver expected business outcomes, satisfy regulatory requirements, and mitigate operational risks
• Provide architectural management across a portfolio of change
• Define, maintain, and own the architecture for the respective Value Stream
• Ensure compliance with Enterprise Architecture, group standards, and policies
• Provide clear guidance and direction to Value Stream leads
• Communicate architecture direction and roadmap to the Value Stream
• Work across Value Streams and Sub-Value Streams to identify and manage dependencies
• Minimize technology debts and ensure clear communication to stakeholders
• Clearly document all risks, issues, dependencies, and communicate effectively

Requirements:

• Knowledge of cloud providers (AWS and GCP preferred)
• Ability to understand business issues and devise solutions that deliver results
• Strong leadership skills, team-builder, and influencer
• Experience architecting in DevOps and agile environments
• Gravitas and ability to interact with and advise senior executives
• Mentor and coach less experienced members of staff
• Build strong relationships with engineering and operations teams
• Design for resilience and apply architectural risk management techniques
• Design solutions that balance flexibility and affordability without compromising architectural integrity
