Description
Electronic Arts is seeking an experienced Senior Lighting Director to lead and unify lighting teams across multiple game modes for EA SPORTS FC. The successful candidate will report to the Group Art and Animation Director and collaborate with Senior Art Directors to create a cohesive lighting vision. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a unified lighting strategy, integrating advanced lighting technologies, managing and guiding lighting teams, and promoting a positive team environment.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in lighting direction in the gaming industry, expert understanding of lighting aesthetics and principles, strong artistic eye for composition, mood, and atmosphere, and deep understanding of color theory, exposure, and contrast. They will also have strong knowledge of advanced lighting technologies, including machine learning applications, and extensive experience with game engines.
