Finance Controller

We are seeking a Finance Controller to oversee and improve our financial operations. As a hands-on leadership role, you will report directly to our Director of Finance and support them in strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing cash flow and treasury across multiple entities
• Leading the transition of payment infrastructure
• Building and implementing SOPs for finance operations
• Converting chaotic financial data into clean, trackable dashboards
• Overseeing financial operations across multiple entities
• Delivering distilled, executive-ready reporting

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in finance operations, treasury, or senior finance execution
• Direct experience operating in a high-volume, high-transaction-count environment
• Demonstrated systems-first approach to problem-solving
• Experience leading or overseeing finance operations teams
• Strong working knowledge of Xero, Wise, Whop, and corporate card platforms
