We have an exciting opportunity for an Identity Intelligence Analyst in our Intel Sector Analysis Solutions Business Area (ASBA) in McLean, VA. As an Identity Intelligence Analyst, you will support watchlist or screening and vetting efforts.
Your responsibilities will include receiving, triaging, reviewing, and processing terrorist information/nominations from diverse US Government agencies. You will examine terrorism information from nominations to export following established criteria, standards, and policies, and make recommendations regarding the nomination and watch listing process.
Additionally, you will support the Screening & Vetting mission by screening and vetting individuals traveling to the US, reviewing non-immigrant and immigrant Visa applicants against TIDE and other IC databases. You will use appropriate tools and analytic tradecraft to evaluate, analyze, and integrate relevant identity information to reveal foreign traveler links to terrorism for the State Department adjudication and watch listing purposes.
Requirements:
- Required TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Required U.S. Citizenship.
- BA degree and 2 – 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Ability to be flexible to perform a wide variety of tasks, change focus quickly, and adapt to meet mission requirements.
- Experience working with MS Office tools.
- Experience working with IC tools and databases.
- Strong problem-solving, analytic, and written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately follow SOPs.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain access to customer systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of IC organizations, policies, procedures, and requirements.
- Experience analyzing intelligence reports and cables.
