Assistant Manager, Agency Regional Sales

We're seeking an Assistant Manager, Agency Regional Sales to lead and motivate our agency force and sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

The successful candidate will execute strategic sales plans, recruit and train high-performing sales teams, foster stakeholder relationships, collaborate with marketing teams, manage sales budgets, and analyse sales trends.

Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing sales strategies to enhance team productivity and drive sales performance
• Coaching and mentoring agents to improve their skills and effectiveness
• Driving recruitment efforts and building a strong pipeline of talent
• Facilitating training programs to accelerate agent productivity
• Tracking and assessing agent performance, providing constructive feedback
• Partnering with senior RSMs and agency leaders to align on sales objectives
• Implementing motivational programs to boost agent morale and productivity
• Preparing and communicating key sales metrics to leadership
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards
• Identifying areas for improvement in training, agent processes, and team operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; master's degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance sales, agency development, or a related field
• Strong understanding of agent recruitment, training, and sales management
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
• Analytical skills with ability to provide insights from sales data
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving agency growth and productivity
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and project management skills
• Excellent communication in both Burmese and English
