Infiniband Network Engineer

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior HPC Engineer to join its Professional Services team. The successful candidate will work on large-scale AI Factory projects, interacting with customers, partners, and internal teams to analyze, define, and implement projects.

The role involves deploying, managing, and maintaining Infiniband Networks for AI Factory infrastructure in Linux-based environments. The ideal candidate will be a domain expert with customers, provide feedback to internal teams, and perform knowledge transfers.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy, manage, and maintain Infiniband Networks for AI Factory infrastructure
• Be the domain expert with customers during planning calls through implementation
• Perform handover-related documentation and knowledge transfers
• Provide feedback into internal teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years providing in-depth support or deployment services of Infiniband networks
• Applied knowledge in Infiniband Network troubleshooting
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain and deliver resolutions for customer-blocking issues
• Excellent verbal and written English

Desired qualifications:

• Infiniband Network certifications
• Experience with Ethernet networking
• Linux background
