About the Team
Being part of Meesho's Fulfillment and Experience (F&E) team as Cluster Head LM will put you at the forefront of shaping the experience of India's next billion e-Commerce users. The F&E team comprises over 100 professionals with diverse skill sets in operations, supply chain management, analytics, and problem-solving.
Meesho aims to revolutionize e-commerce logistics to meet customers' price and delivery expectations. This involves building a supply chain from scratch to transform how people perceive e-Commerce in India and globally.
The team emphasizes work-life balance with monthly F&E happy hour sessions, informal team outings, and internal virtual water cooler chat sessions.
About the Role
As Cluster Head LM - Rajasthan, you will be responsible for onboarding and training partners and managing operations for the entire Rajasthan cluster. You will drive key operational metrics by regularly visiting partner facilities in different cities. You will take ownership of allocated processes, collaborate with stakeholders to achieve team goals, and identify gaps to improve processes.
Responsibilities
- Onboard and train new partners for Last Mile operations.
- Continuously identify and onboard new partners onto the network.
- Track and manage the performance of different partners in your cluster.
- Conduct facility visits to audit and resolve operational gaps.
- Ensure compliance with operational processes.
- Drive key operational metrics and achieve performance targets.
Requirements
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in the e-commerce logistics domain, preferably in Last Mile operations.
- Experience in partner onboarding and training in Last Mile and sorting operations.
- Experience working in Jaipur or other areas of Rajasthan in a similar capacity is advantageous.
- Familiarity with control tower and field operations is beneficial.
