Join the M&S Café team in Newtownbreda as a Christmas Customer Assistant. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, delivering five-star service while maintaining high food safety standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Making great food and drink recommendations
- Ensuring the café operates smoothly during busy periods
- Using digital tools to take and fulfil orders efficiently
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture
The role requires digital confidence, efficiency, and flexibility. You'll work part-time hours, including Sundays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 06:00-10:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
