As a Senior Manager, Customer Operating System Construction, you'll play a vital part in advancing this movement. You'll design and optimise customer operating systems, develop marketing strategies, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Design and optimise customer operating chains, planning quarterly customer activities
• Drive implementation of customer operating priorities in branch offices, improving touchpoint conversion rates
• Develop innovative customer operating models for agents, creating online and offline tools

• Research customer operating cases in insurance and other industries, converting insights into business growth opportunities
• Analyse customer data, regularly reviewing strategy effectiveness and making improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, 5+ years of experience in life insurance individual business, with a deep understanding of individual business and customer operations
• Strong data analysis and case study skills, with a target-oriented mindset
• Excellent organisational, coordination, and project management skills, with experience in training and public speaking
