What you'll do
You'll be responsible for the smooth operation of the building services and technical systems, forming the basis for a smooth plant operation. The development, renovation, and optimization of building services and technical systems are part of your job responsibilities, as well as the construction of new or the renovation of existing systems.
- Projects in the field of heating, ventilation, sanitation, and climate technology (HLSK)
- Maintenance and optimization of building technical systems
- Analysis for efficiency improvement and cost optimization
- Documentation and reporting
- Interdisciplinary projects and teams
What you need
- A study place for building services/bauingenieurwesen/project management construction or a comparable study with a focus on technical building operation (at least in the 3rd semester or in the gap year between bachelor and master)
- A safe handling of MS Office
- Independent and structured working style
- Good organizational skills
- Communication and team skills
