Physical Therapist PRN

Duly Health and Care is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our growing Rehabilitation Services team in our Lockport clinic.

This role is ideal for clinicians seeking schedule flexibility, supplemental income, or an opportunity to remain active in outpatient practice while working alongside a collaborative team of rehabilitation professionals.

As Duly continues to expand rehabilitation services across the Chicagoland area, we are looking for therapists who can help support patient access and deliver exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation colleagues to ensure coordinated care
• Document patient care accurately within the EMR
• Deliver exceptional patient experiences focused on outcomes and quality care

Scheduling

• Minimum commitment of two Saturdays per month
• Additional weekday availability preferred but flexible
• Opportunities available for weekday mornings, weekday evenings, and Saturdays
• Typical shifts are a minimum of 4 hours
• Additional hours may be available based on clinic needs and therapist availability
• Ideal for clinicians seeking supplemental income alongside a full-time position

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current IL Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
• CPR certification preferred
• New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply

Compensation

• The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $40.00–$55.00 per hour
• A $5.00 per hour weekend shift differential is offered for Saturday coverage, resulting in an effective hourly rate of $45.00–$60.00 per hour for eligible weekend shifts
