Telemarketing (Citibank), Analyst

As part of our marketing, distribution & partnership team, you'll play a vital part in advancing this movement. You'll be responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services by selling directly to retail customers through call centre and online platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Perform telemarketing calls to leads provided by partners to achieve sales targets
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Convert leads to sales through telemarketing activities
• Ensure call activities adhere to regulations and quality standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 'O' Level qualification
• 2-5 years of outbound call centre or telemarketing experience in the financial industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• BCP, PGI, HI certification (not mandatory)
