Key Account Manager, Enterprise Merchants

Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, providing various services including food delivery, financial management, and transportation.

The Enterprise Merchants team is responsible for building and scaling Grab's relationships with high-value F&B partners across Malaysia, driving growth through strategic account management, product innovation, and tailored solutions.

As a Key Account Manager, Enterprise Merchants, you will manage a portfolio of enterprise-level F&B merchants, combining strategic account planning with hands-on partnership to drive revenue growth and merchant retention.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value enterprise merchant accounts through strategic planning, regular business reviews, and delivery of tailored solutions
• Pitch and implement marketing campaigns and new product offerings to drive incremental GMV, merchant engagement, and revenue targets
• Leverage CRM platforms, analytics tools, and AI-assisted automation to streamline workflows, forecast performance, and enhance merchant communication
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to identify new opportunities, resolve escalations, and mitigate account risks
• Support merchant engagement across multiple cities in Malaysia as business needs require

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, preferably managing enterprise-level B2B clients
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and customer satisfaction targets
• In-depth knowledge of payment processing, merchant services, and related technologies, or demonstrated ability to quickly master domain-specific concepts
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce or equivalent) and ability to leverage data analytics to drive business decisions
• Comfort using AI tools and automation platforms to enhance daily workflows and improve operational efficiency
• Willingness to travel across Malaysia to meet and support merchant partners
