Operations Recruiter

Job Overview

We are seeking an Operations Recruiter to support the Global Operations organization at Stripe. The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring top talent into the Stripe Delivery Center (SDC) in Mexico City.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies
• Help initiate creative and scalable changes to existing recruiting strategies
• Track and analyze metrics; report on hiring progress to business leadership regularly
• Create strategic plans for sourcing candidates with diverse backgrounds
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality candidate experience

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including business proficiency in English
• Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline
• Data-driven approach to problem-solving
