Sr. Customer Success Manager

The Sr. Customer Success Manager role plays a critical part in Okta's growth and retention trajectory. You will report to the Regional Manager, Customer Success, and be responsible for aligning Okta's innovations with customers' business objectives.

As a strategic advisor, you will develop strong customer relationships, drive business value, and ensure executive alignment. You will:

• Deliver Customer Value: Develop and nurture strong customer relationships to understand their business goals and needs.
• Drive for results: Design and execute proactive success plans and Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs).
• Win as a team: Champion customers internally and mobilize cross-functional partners.
• Represent the customer's voice: Gather and surface feedback that drives continuous improvement.
• Guide customers forward: Identify and communicate relevant new products and features.
• Identify renewal risk and collaborate with internal teams to remediate.

• Have 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting.

• Are willing to travel up to 25%.
