Physical Therapist PRN

Duly Health and Care is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join their growing Rehabilitation Services team in their Lombard clinic.

The ideal candidate will have a current IL Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation colleagues to ensure coordinated care
• Document patient care accurately within the EMR
• Deliver exceptional patient experiences focused on outcomes and quality care

• 60-minute evaluations
• 30-minute follow-up appointments
• No double booking
• Built-in documentation time
• Collaborative team environment with access to specialty programs including Sports Medicine, Pelvic Health, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Pediatrics, Concussion Management, Hand Therapy, Lymphedema, and Schroth Method

Scheduling:

• Minimum commitment of two Saturdays per month
• Additional weekday availability preferred but flexible
• Opportunities available for weekday mornings, weekday evenings, and Saturdays
• Typical shifts are a minimum of 4 hours

Compensation:

• Anticipated hourly rate of $40.00-$55.00 per hour
• $5.00 per hour weekend shift differential for Saturday coverage, resulting in an effective hourly rate of $45.00-$60.00 per hour for eligible weekend shifts
