(Junior) Regional Marketing Manager

As a Junior Regional Marketing Manager at Red Bull in Freiburg, you will support the Senior Field Marketing Manager in establishing a regional face for the brand.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic development of relevant marketing channels in the South West region, focusing on Freiburg, Konstanz, and Karlsruhe
• Organising and executing events, activations, and projects to enhance brand awareness and drive sales
• Managing budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Collaborating with various teams and partners to achieve synergies
• Developing and implementing the Student Marketeer program in the region
• Supporting the creation of the annual business plan and setting regional goals

Requirements:

• Completed university degree
• Fluent German and excellent English language skills
• First professional experience or relevant practical experience in marketing
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Experience with project management and budgeting
• Knowledge of digital media and social media trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility for travel (40-50%)
